Chiang Mai City Tour by Rickshaw
Visit the charming city of Chiang Mai, the principal religious center in northern Thailand and home to many temples and monasteries. The moat surrounding the historic center is still intact, but the walls were largely destroyed during World War II – although their impressive four gates remain. Take a one seat trishaw around the old city area. You will visit Wat Pra Singh, founded in the 14th century as the principal religious center of the Lanna Kingdom. The complex is composed of several buildings that form the most famous temple in Chiang Mai. Here you will have an opportunity to attend the Monk Blessing Ceremony. It is considered fortuitous to begin the day with a Monks’ Blessing Ceremony to ensure business success and spiritual happiness. There will be spare time for a discussion with one of the Buddhist monks.

Enhance your Chiang Mai experience with these add-on activities.
