BBQ season is almost upon us! And when it comes to barbecuing, everyone has a technique they swear by. In Canada, that may go no further than whether you use gas or charcoal, but considering that grilling is one of the oldest forms of cooking; it's no surprise that every nation has it's own style. Why not try a BBQ inspired by one of these incredible destinations this summer?
Hawaiian lauas have been replicated time and time again, usually with a tacky tropical shirt and plastic tiki torch.
